The attention to detail Matt provides has kept me and my "bad knees and back" injury-free, which is incredible. 25 years ago I dislocated my knee and was told never to do lunges or squats, so FINALLY at 40 years old I decided it was time to prove those doctors wrong. My progress and others' progress may be different, but I haven't done cardio more than twice in the last 11 months. We've just focused on getting stronger and lifting HEAVY. (Correctly, of course.)
