Our certified health and wellness staff can help translate nutrition science into practical recommendations that you can use in your daily life. Whether you are an athlete looking for a competitive edge, or an individual interested in weight management, our nutrition coaching sessions can help you meet your goals.
Through nutrition coaching, you will be provided the resources and tools to fuel your body properly for everyday life and physical activity. Our evidence-based approach is individualized to help you form lifelong habits for success.
Nutrition Coaching can help with:

During this 30-minute appointment, which can be conducted in-person or virtually, you’ll have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a certified health coach and discuss your personal challenges and goals. You’ll receive initial feedback and learn more about how health coaching can help you reach those goals or we’ll refer you to other health and wellness professionals we feel may be a better fit – for example, a functional medicine specialist or our Registered Dietitian.
Nutrition Coaching Discovery
Nutrition Coaching at Performance Health & Fitness is personalized to your history, goals, and lifestyle. Before we can provide you with educated recommendations and support, we need to learn more about you. The Nutrition Coaching Discovery starts with a questionnaire you fill out electronically, which will be reviewed by our Registered Dietitian. The Discovery phase ends with a virtual meeting where you will meet 1-on-1 with our Registered Dietitian. During this 60-minute appointment, you’ll discuss your questionnaire, receive nutrition education and guidance, work together on attainable goal setting, and establish your personalized plan of action.
Nutrition Coaching (with Meal Plan)
The perfect Nutrition Coaching plan for beginners. This plan includes a 2-week meal plan (provided via email), 4x 30-minute follow-up sessions to discuss your goals, the implementation of your action plan, celebrate your successes, and discuss strategies to overcome any barriers in your way. This plan also includes check-in support between follow-up sessions via the Performance Health & Fitness app, the MyFitnessPal app, or email.
Nutrition Coaching Follow-Ups (without meal plan)
For our Nutrition Coaching veterans that still want the ongoing support and guidance from a Registered Dietitian, but have mastered meal planning. This plan includes 4x virtual 30-minute follow-up sessions to discuss goals, successes, challenges, and the motivation that comes with being held accountable to your goals.
2-Week Meal Plan
If you just need a guide to follow, our Registered Dietitian can write a customized 2-week meal plan for you based on your personal history, goals, and lifestyle. The meal plan will be provided via email and includes minimal support.
