Performance Health & Fitness is excited to announce its 8th annual DriTri. Save the date for Saturday, February 25th, 2023!
In this fun and friendly indoor triathlon event, individuals and/or relay teams of 2 or 3 will row for 10 minutes on a rower, bike for 30 minutes on a spin bike, and run for 20 minutes on a treadmill.
Challenge yourself competing as an individual! Race as a team! Teams consist of 2-3 participants. Teams can be any combination of male, female, or co-ed, if desired.
You will be given 5 minutes for transition between each event. Waves will run every 30 minutes. You will be notified by February 24th of your start time. Check in time is no later than 20 minutes before your wave start time.
Prizes are awarded to top overall finishers, age groups, and team.
