He is also a StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor (Level 1), StrongFirst Certified Barbell Instructor, NASM-Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Functional Movement Specialist (Level 1 and 2). Ingredients:
1 Tofu Block (Firm)
1.5 C Mozzarella
1.5 C Cheddar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Basil
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Tomato Sauce (1 can)
Manicotti Shells (1 box)
Instructions:
Boil the noodles
Mash the tofu
Mix everything but the sauce
Stuff the mix into the cooked shells
Place in a 9×13 pan
Cover with sauce
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
