Performance Health & Fitness Named Official Strength & Conditioning Partner of the Iowa Heartlanders!

Performance Health & Fitness is proud to announce our new partnership with the Iowa Heartlanders as the official strength and conditioning provider for the upcoming 2025–26 hockey season. This exciting collaboration brings our expertise in performance training, recovery, and injury prevention to one of Iowa’s premier professional sports teams.

Leading the effort will be Performance Health & Fitness personal trainer Brendon Panther, who will serve as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Heartlanders. Brendon will design and implement customized training programs focused on building power, endurance, and resilience—key components for success throughout a demanding 72-game season.

“We are thrilled to partner with Performance Health and Fitness this season as they will be a huge part of the strength & conditioning of our team,” said Chuck Weber, Iowa Heartlanders Head Coach and General Manager. “The expert team at Performance Health and Fitness will help our players achieve their fitness goals and aid in their recovery, which will be especially important as we work through the demanding grind of a 72-game hockey season. We are looking forward to our home opener on October 17, and Performance Health & Fitness will be with us every step of the way to make sure we are prepared for a great kickoff to 2025–26.”

This partnership reflects Performance Health & Fitness’s ongoing commitment to supporting local athletes—whether they’re professionals on the ice or members in the gym working toward their personal best. We’re honored to help the Heartlanders stay strong, healthy, and game-ready all season long.

Stay tuned for updates as we follow the Heartlanders’ journey throughout the 2025–26 season—and don’t miss their home opener on October 17!
