Chili in the morning, Chili in the evening, Chili at suppertime.

Chili is one of those dishes that rings fall, warmth, comfort food, and cinnamon rolls.  Yes, cinnamon rolls.  Raise your hand if you know what I’m talking about.

Chili is a staple at our house. When we make it we go all out. Ground beef, kielbasa, Rotel, pinto beans, crushed tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and habaneros make up Suzi’s Fiery Chili.

You can top it with cheese, sour cream, plain yogurt, crackers, onions, avocado, Fritos, or whatever your heart desires.

You can do so much more with Suzi’s Fiery Chili.  Put it on top of hot dogs, spaghetti, cornbread, potatoes, nachos, and fries. I love chili because it is limitless!  Now excuse me while I go eat a bowl.
