Since 2008, Performance Health & Fitness has offered amazing and high-energy group fitness classes to our members of all ages and abilities. 

Our instructors are the best of the best. They are nationally certified and complete a rigorous training program to fully prepare them to coach and motivate. They also complete extensive hands-on continuing education with quarterly evaluations to ensure they’re current and skilled in their discipline. They’re diligent and passionate about giving you a world-class, life-changing experience every time you enter their class.

Our group fitness classes include many of the incredibly popular LES MILLS™ workouts such as BODYPUMP™, BODYATTACK™ , SH’BAM™, and BODYSTEP™. In addition to other nationally known workouts like Zumba®, classes also include Pilates, Gentle Flow Yoga, and Spinning.

RESERVATIONS

All group class events require registration prior to attendance. Registration for group classes may be made using our member portal, myiclubonline.com, from 7 days in advance to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. In club reservations can be made at any time by contacting our Service Desk during business hours. If your desired class has already reached maximum capacity prior to your registration, you can request to be added to a waitlist to be notified if any reservations are cancelled prior to the start time.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

Reservations for group class events must be cancelled at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and not attending your reserved class event will also result in a $5.00 late cancellation or no-show fee, which is automatically applied to your membership account.

This energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on the step you get huge motivation from great music and energy.

BODYBALANCE™

This class is a new generation yoga practice which blends elements of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with mindfulness, in a workout format. It uses controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to curated music.

Indoor cycling is a no-impact, calorie-burning workout with invigorating music. Spin is for every level of fitness, from beginner to experienced.

SPRINT™

This high-intensity workout uses stationary bike resistance to simulate gravity for sprint training, drag for power training, and weight for strength training. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

STRETCH & MOBILITY

MIND & BODY, ACTIVE AGING, SENIOR FITNESS

Class consists of a complete warm-up of muscles and joints including joint mobility exercises and a total body stretch. Emphasis will be placed on increasing flexibility and joint mobility, decreasing stiffness and improving range of motion.

YOGA-MIXED LEVELS

MIND & BODY

A vinyasa-inspired flow designed to be accessible and rewarding to all levels of experience. This class will move through a sequence of poses in coordination with the breath and will include strengthening, stretching, and balancing postures. Modification and props will be offered. Moving at your own pace and desired level will be encouraged.

CYCLE & CIRCUIT FOR LIFE

ACTIVE AGING, SENIOR FITNESS, SPIN

Cycle & Circuit for Life is a class that consists of 7-8 minutes of cardio intervals on the spin bike intermixed with a muscle circuit for a total of 30-40 minutes. The class ends with core and balance work.

BARRELATES

This booty-busting Barre + Pilates fusion workout is the perfect way to lengthen, strengthen, and tone muscles (including some you didn’t even know you had), by incorporating standing vertical training and balance. You’ll also target your core with innovative floor work that will challenge you and test your endurance. Meet us at the Barre!

TOTAL BODY

This whole body ​workout will utilize body weight and a variety of equipment (step, ball, bands, dumbbells, chair, etc) working one minute at a time. Using time, you can choose the intensity and number of repetitions within your fitness level. A class for all levels and ages.

ZUMBA®

Zumba is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. It incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music to improve cardio, promote flexibility and balance, and decrease stress. You don’t need to be a good dancer to attend Zumba. Classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time; no rhythm or coordination is required. All steps can be modified, depending on individual needs. Join us for a good-time, good-for-you workout.

TNT

A complete workout that combines blocks of strength, cardio, core, and balance training that are for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Choose your own pace and intensity. A dynamite workout!
