BOYS INTRO TO WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM

WEIGHTLIFTING & FORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
STARTING ON MONDAY, JUNE 10TH
The Weightlifting and Force Development Program teaches the fundamentals of the power clean while developing the ability to produce force.
Throughout 8 weeks, we will work on strength and conditioning, and dynamic stability through great ranges of motion for the whole body in order to improve strength and power.
This program is a progressive and in-depth intro to the most basic movement in the sport of weightlifting, the power clean.
We will focus on the fundamentals of the of this movement to improve athletes’ ability to produce force.
