STRENGTH & MOVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FEMALES AGES 12-18

Strength and Movement Program for females, coached by Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, Kaden, is back!
 
Strength training can be intimidating. This class is designed to help guide you through the introductory movements necessary to feel comfortable in the weight room. We will start with the basic building blocks of each movement while also building endurance and strength.
 
Once the movements have been conquered you will move on to lifting more weight. After completing this class you should feel comfortable spending time in the weight room either by yourself or with a trainer!
 
This 24-session program is taught by Personal Trainer + Strength Coach, Kaden. Girls 12-18 only.
 

Here are the details:

23-session program, May 13-July 12, 2024* | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3x per week)

*May 12 – June 7 | 5:30-6:30 pm | Skip Memorial Day (Monday, May 27)

*June 10 – July 12 | 12:00 – 1:00 pm | Skip the week of July 4th (July 1-5)
