BOYS INTRO TO WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM

This summer, boys can be introduced to the basics of weight training! 

In this program, Coach Kaden will teach them not only physical strength but also discipline, confidence, and overall well-being.
 

He will prioritize safety, education, and progressive overload while keeping the sessions engaging and enjoyable.

This 8-week, 16-session program is taught by Personal Trainer + Strength Coach, Kaden. Boys 11-14 only.
 

DETAILS

Dates: June 12th-August 16th, twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays | Skip the weeks of July 1-5 and July 22-26

Time: 1 pm – 2 pm

Who can attend: Males 11-14 only

Cost: $160 ($10/session)
