Kayle is a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT) at Performance Health and Fitness. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science and minor in Human Relations from the University of Iowa in 2024.
Kayle has been a part of the team at Performance Health and Fitness since 2021, providing her talents as the Front Desk Supervisor. She is a well-known staff member and friendly face to all of our members at Performance Health and Fitness.
Her training specialties include:
- Providing one-on-one and group training to ATHLETES
- Helping clients, at any age and fitness level, to reach their health and wellness goals
My favorite thing about being a personal trainer is, everyone walks into the gym with a different goal. Some people are nervous to even be walking into the door. Being the person that people can rely on to hold them accountable for bettering themselves and getting them to their goal whatever that may be is something that truly excites me.
Everyone has a different story too, a different background and a different experience with exercise. I love being the person that can change individuals’ perception of exercise and grow their confidence in their own abilities.
