B.A. in Kinesiology Exercise Science from Cornell College 

Casey has been a professional trainer since 2022. He is an assistant wrestling coach at Cornell College and McDominate Training Center. He is a former collegiate All-American in wrestling. He finds joy in rediscovering and developing the athlete that is within us all by mastering foundational movements and establishing confidence via living a healthy lifestyle.  

He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach!
