COVID-19 UPDATE

 

Performance Health & Fitness will remain closed until Friday, May 1st following the extension of Governor Reynolds proclamation confirmed on April 2nd that closes all fitness centers, health clubs, health spas, gyms, aquatic centers through April 30th.

Complimentary Strategy Session Request

Thank you for reaching out about a complimentary strategy session at Performance Health & Fitness!

 

Strategy sessions are the first appointment in our Smart Start Program where our certified staff work with you to establish your personal specific and realistic goals based on the S.M.A.R.T. principle. This session will give you the tools and knowledge you need to start or continue your fitness journey. Membership is not needed to schedule and attend these strategy sessions.

 

If you were to ever join Performance Health & Fitness, you would receive an additional 3 sessions with members of our professional wellness staff.

 

  1. Strategy Session (complimentary to all members and non-members)
  2. Fitness Assessment (complimentary to all members)
  3. 60-Minute Private Personal Training Session (complimentary to all members)
  4. Nutrition Strategy Session with a Registered Dietitian (complimentary to all members)
