BS in Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University, MS in Exercise Physiology from Western Kentucky University
Jason is a certified personal trainer at Performance Health and Fitness. He has his BS in Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University, and MS in Exercise Physiology from Western Kentucky University.
He has 8+ years of experience in personal training. He has also helped collegiate athletes with strength & conditioning, as well as military human performance experience. He is also the strength and conditioning coach at Liberty High School and Solon High School.
His training specialties include:
- Athletic development
- Military performance
- Weightlifting
I was a multi-sport athlete in high school, where I first developed a love for optimal performance. My passion for weightlifting really took off during my time in the military, and that experience solidified my path forward. From there, everything started aligning, leading me to where I am today.
My favorite part is watching people achieve their goals and knowing I played a role in guiding them there. It’s incredibly rewarding to help others unlock their potential and see their hard work pay off.
