The Performance Elite Hockey Training Program is designed to compliment our strength and conditioning student-athletes, to ensure peak performance throughout their on- and off-season hockey schedule.
Instructed by the training staff at Performance Health & Fitness, athletes will be taught proper techniques and skills to prevent injuries, and progress to the next step in their athletic careers, whether it’s high school, college, or professional.

*The Performance Health & Fitness Elite Speed & Agility Program includes strength training, as it is critical in developing power and resistance to injury. Athletes begin with bodyweight exercises until they show proper technique and range of motion, before progressing to weightlifting movements based on their individual goals.
