Noah Parrish brings a lifelong passion for sports and movement to his role as a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer at Performance Health & Fitness. A graduate of Culver-Stockton College, Noah began his fitness career as a personal trainer for his college’s athletic programs, later earning his CSCS to further expand his expertise.
With experience as a Sports Performance Coach, Varsity Basketball and Baseball Coach, and Physical Therapy Technician, Noah blends performance-driven training with injury awareness to help clients move better, get stronger, and perform at their best. He specializes in agility and plyometric training, making him a valuable resource for athletes and anyone looking to enhance speed, power, and coordination.
Noah will also be training the athletes at West High School, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of athletes. Drawn to Performance Health & Fitness by its motivating environment and committed members, he thrives in a space where everyone is working toward becoming their best.
