“While playing baseball in college, it challenged me to improve as an athlete and a coach. Through improvements in strength, skills, and mechanics, performance and mental health skyrocketed. While growing up in Coralville, I’ve seen Performance elevate the community in health and fitness. Joining the company was a step to help continue the growth in the area!

My favorite thing about training others is helping clients pursue better health, design programs that are challenging, and prepare every person for long-term success.

Both my wife and I felt that Nate is an excellent coach who listens well and bases our need for exercise on our level of fitness!
