All new Performance Health & Fitness members receive our complimentary on-ramp program, which includes three private personal training sessions and one private nutrition evaluation.
Private Personal Training Sessions
The first private personal training session is an initial strategy session with our Director of Training Services, Lynde Weatherford. She will sit down with you for 30-minutes to one hour to establish your specific and realistic individual goals to start or continue your fitness journey. From there, you will schedule your second free session with one of our certified personal trainers and be put through a fitness assessment to establish baseline results for your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, weight, and bodyfat. After your assessment, you will schedule for your third session, which is an hour long workout that will be catered to the individual goals you established during your initial strategy session.
After you have completed your complimentary sessions with our training staff, you will be ready for success at Performance Health & Fitness, whether that is through additional individual or small group personal training sessions, as part of our team training programs included with premium membership, by joining us at one or more of our 50 weekly group fitness classes included in basic membership, or by navigating our 25,000 square foot fitness center at your own pace.

Private Nutrition Evaluation
Your 30-minute personal nutrition evaluation includes assessment of your current dietary habits, and general nutrition recommendations based on current dietary guidelines and nutrition education. This is a complimentary session that is available to all members of Performance Health & Fitness, Performance Physical Therapy patients, and anyone who wants to learn more about our nutrition services.
