About Us

Founded in 1999 in the basement of our founder’s home as Performance Therapies, we have grown immensely over the years. In 2008, we opened Performance Health & Fitness, our 25,000-square-foot health club in Coralville and expanded Performance Therapies to four clinics in Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Hiawatha and Kalona. We take pride in our facilities in classes offered in the hope that we can help you exceed your health goals. We offer top of the line machines and free weights for all members.


Our services go beyond your typical gym. We offer a Kids Center in our facility where your kids can play while you achieve your fitness goals. Our Kids Center also promotes a healthy lifestyle through fitness and games. We also offer over 50 group fitness classes a week as well as private personal training sessions to have the focus solely on you. Our personal trainers have your best interests in mind as they cater each session to your needs.
