Boot Camp

Get toned, fit, and strong with our 6-week Performance Boot Camp. This high intensity workout program focuses on improving your overall body composition, strength, and cardio endurance.

*All Performance Health & Fitness members receive a one-time 30-minute personal nutrition evaluation with basic, premium, or speciality program membership. If personalized consultation is desired, nutrition coaching packages are available in addition to Boot Camp membership. More details on nutrition coaching can be found on our Nutrition Services page. Boot Camp is limited to 20 participants. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
