NOVEMBER 18, 2020 UPDATE

With the increase in COVID-19 cases in Johnson County, as well as across our state we want to do our part in keeping our community safe. On Friday, November 13th, Coralville Mayor, John Lundell, issued a proclamation requiring masks be worn in all businesses open to the public effective immediately. However, there are exceptions within this proclamation as it relates to exercise. With that being said, Performance Health & Fitness WILL REQUIRE MASKS to be worn at all times while not actively exercising, including while entering and exiting the facility, in the locker room and lobby area. Masks may be removed during your active exercise but we ask that you please respect the distancing guidelines by staying at least 6 feet away from other patrons.

 

As always, we ask that all of our members, guests, and staff to stay home if they are symptomatic or believe they may have been exposed to the virus until they have been cleared by their primary care provider.

Golf Fitness Program

Performance Health & Fitness Golf Fitness Program

At Performance Health & Fitness, we have a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor who can help you swing easier, swing faster, and improve your overall fitness to maximize your physical performance. A golf swing can be limited by physical deficits or by mechanical inefficiencies that make it difficult to reproduce a consistent swing or high swing speed. We offer a golf-specific movement assessment to determine these deficits and help you develop a fitness program to address and correct them. We also conduct a video assessment of your swing to correlate any swing faults. inefficiencies, or physical limitations – and offer ways to help improve your swing mechanics.

Whether you have aches and pains that are limiting your performance or you simply just want to swing faster, hit further and be more consistent, a golf fitness program can help you. Each golf fitness program will be individually tailored to your needs and your goals.

Golf Fitness Package

Golf Fitness Base Package $225

  • Golf Specific Functional Movement Assessment (60-Minutes)
  • Video Swing Analysis
  • A written assessment describing and correlating your physical limitations and swing findings
  • Two follow-up sessions to either begin your personal training or to guide you with an independent exercise program

 

Already working with a personal trainer? We can perform your golf fitness assessment and assist your personal trainer in developing a program to target your golf specific needs and goals.

Additional training sessions with our golf fitness instructor can be purchased for $60 per session.
