IRON MAIDEN LIFTING GROUP
The Iron Maiden Lifting Group is a class designed for women to gain strength, maintain a healthy body composition, and be able to tackle anything the day brings. A well rounded program to get you in the best shape and aid in recovery, injury prevention, and optimal movement patterns. You will increase your lower and upper body strength and coordination, improve joint integrity through proper mechanics and range of motion, and enhance your lung efficiency and conditioning.
Skill Level: Primarily for those with a solid understanding of basic movements/training protocols. But all are welcome to be willing to train hard and adjust as needed.
When: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday @ 5:15 AM.
Price: 3x per week in person = $150/month
About the Instructor, Lynde Nedved:
Lynde has been a personal trainer for 10+ years and couldn’t be happier with her career choice. With her parents as inspiration along with her high school years as an athlete, she acquired a true passion for health and wellness. Lynde enjoys showing others what they are capable of to achieve their health and fitness goals.
