Avoid holiday weight gain in this 6-week challenge! 

How it Works: Use the MYZONE heart rate belt when you workout to earn MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs). For each pound of weight lost, 50 points will be added to your total. For each tenth percent of body fat lost, 25 points will be added to your total. For each pound you gain, 50 points will be subtracted from your total. For each tenth percent of body fat gained, 25 points will be subtracted from your total.

Challenge Dates: November 20th – December 31st. Bodyweight & body composition measurements taken Nov. 14th-16th and January 2nd-4th.

Contest Rules:  Participant with the most points wins.  Must have a MYZONE heart rate belt to enter.  Must have pre- and post-measurements taken to qualify for prizes.  Performance employees not eligible.
