Free Walking Group

The first Wednesday of every month, Performance Health & Fitness will host free walking groups for all members and non-members, which will consist of a low impact 30-minute walk either outside or around the track and 15 minutes of stretching.
Lynde Kristine, the Director of Training Services at Performance Health & Fitness will be leading these walking groups, and will be available for any questions you may have about health, wellness, fitness, and more.
6:00 – 6:45 am
9:00 – 9:45 am
5:30 – 6:15 pm
Those interested should meet in the Performance Health & Fitness front lobby at least 5 minutes early. Pre-registration is not required.
