BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. No experience is needed in this non-contact workout. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
