Keep Moving Forward to Support Mental Health Awareness

The Big O Foundation was created to honor the life of Owen Skelley and use his story to spread mental health education, bring the community together, and support our youth by providing resources for them.

Sunday, May 7, 2023, many local athletes participated in the Keep Moving Forward half marathon, 5/10k race at Liberty High School.

Performance Health and Fitness was honored to be a participating fitness partner for the event, and we had many members and employees who participated.
