Keep your kids active this summer in Performance Kids Summer Programs. Programs take place once a week for 6 weeks: June 8 – July 16.
$40 for PHF Members/$60 non-members
Register the same child for more than 1 program and take off $5 for each additional program.
Class sizes will be limited to 15 spots.

YOUTH BOOT CAMP – Ages 8-12; Mondays 9:15-10:00 am
This interval training program combines cardio and age-appropriate strength training in one session. Activities
include circuits, strength and flexibility stations using your own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games, jump ropes, and more. This is a great way to burn calories, get fit, and make new friends!
JUST DANCE! – Ages 5-12; Mondays 5:30-6:15 pm
Kid-friendly routines that will be broken down into steps, combining fun music and dance movements where kids can have fun dancing and exercising all at the same time. We’ll also add games and other activities into the class struc-ture. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination.
HIP TO BE FIT! Ages 5-12; Tuesdays 9:15-10:00 am
Designed to encourage your child on proper nutrition and to be more active. The program will include basic nutrition information, recipes for healthy snacks and weekly calendars to track fruit, vegetable and snack consumption as well as physical activity. It will incorporate Working hard, Doing their best, Never giving up and Being healthy. Activities in this program will build flexibility, endurance, balance and core strength.
SOCCER – Ages 2-5; Tuesdays 10:45-11:30 am
This program is designed for the little soccer enthusiast. These fun and entertaining classes will have your child using their imagination while simultaneously learning colors, numbers, and shapes to develop beginner soccer skills. Skills will be taught through movement and skill games. Our programs actively build motor skill development as well as self confidence in a non-threatening and fun environment.
YOGA – Ages 5-12; Wednesdays 9:15-10:00 am
Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. By incorporating yoga, the child will get to demonstrate and extend their own innate skills. We use physical activity, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help us to connect our bodies and minds.
RUN – Ages 6-12; Thursdays 10:45-11:30 am
Introducing kids to the fun of running at a young age is an exciting way to help them develop healthy habits that they will stick with for life. Program will include running, nutrition information, journaling and lots of FUN!
