Keep your kids active this summer with Performance Kids Summer Programs.
Session 1 – 5 weeks: June 6 – July 15 (no classes week of July 4th)
Session 2 – 5 weeks: July 18 – August 19
Cost per session $40 members/$60 non-members
Drop-in rate $10 members/$14 non-members (Call 665-2548 before dropping in to ensure openings)
Class sizes limited to 15 children. Minimum of 7 registered to run class.
Register at front desk by June 1st.
Youth Boot Camp
This interval training program combines cardio and age-appropriate strength training in one session. Activities include circuits, strength and flexibility stations using your own body weight, obstacle courses, ball games, jump ropes.
Choose Mondays 10:15-11:00am session or Mondays 5:30-6:15pm
Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. By incorporating yoga, the child will get to demonstrate and extend their own innate skills. We use physical activity, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help us to connect our bodies and minds.
Choose Mondays 9:15-10:00am session or Wednesdays 9:15-10:00am session
Introducing kids to the fun of running at a young age is an exciting way to help them develop healthy habits that they will stick with for life. Program will include running, nutrition information, journaling and lots of FUN!
Performance Kids Day Out: June 8 and June 29 1:00-4:00pm
Ages 4 – 10
Bring your kids to Performance for 3 hours of fun! They will practice sports, play games, learn how to make a healthy snack and more!
Cost per day $20 members/$30 non-members
Registre by June 6th for June 8th and by June 27th for June 29th.
