LEAN Program Features:
- Small group fitness training and nutrition education designed to enhance your overall health and fitness
- Led by Registered Dietitan Eric Bockelman and Certified Personal Trainer Hannah Christie to ensure weight loss in a safe & effective way
- Receive the benefit of individualized coaching combined with the motivation of a group
- Track your progress with initial one-on-one assessment with both dietitian and personal trainer.
Dates: Sept. 14th – Dec. 2nd.
Times: Fitness training sessions with Hannah on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm. Nutrition sessions with Eric on Mondays 6:15-7:00pm.
