Lean-GraphicLEAN Program Features:

  • Small group fi­tness training and nutrition education designed to enhance your overall health and fi­tness
  • Led by Registered Dietitan Eric Bockelman and Certi­fied Personal Trainer Hannah Christie to ensure weight loss in a safe & effective way
  • Receive the benefi­t of individualized coaching combined with the motivation of a group
  • Track your progress with initial one-on-one assessment with both dietitian and personal trainer.

Dates: Sept. 14th – Dec. 2nd. 

Times: Fitness training sessions with Hannah on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm. Nutrition sessions with Eric on Mondays 6:15-7:00pm.
