Fit360 Success Stories:
I started in Fit360 when the program was started almost two years ago. Since then I have lost over 100 pounds and have drastically increased my fitness level. The structured exercise and nutritional information and support have been absolutely what I needed. The support from other members of the group is also very important to me. I did leave the group for a while, and didn’t do as well. Coming back confirmed that this is the right fit for me. – Joan G.
I joined Performance about three years ago to improve my fitness level and strengthen my knees. I didn’t make much progress on my own. Fit360 has made the difference. I have severe arthritis in my knees and lower back, which makes it difficult for me to do some exercises. The trainer is great at giving me alternate exercises, allowing me to work at my own pace, and making sure the exercises are done correctly. I also appreciate the fact that Performance is welcoming to all levels of fitness and body types. The combination of the workouts and nutrition has helped me progress toward my original goals and lose weight and are a terrific value. I expect to continue with this program as long as it is offered. – Cindy B.
I joined Fit360 last fall because “going it alone” wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. I really thought I knew about proper nutrition, but working with the Dietitian has shown me that I didn’t. The accountability of the weekly review and tips on meal planning, nutrition, and other strategies has really helped me get on track. My energy is up, I feel great, and it’s the first time I’ve gone through winter without a major illness taking me out of commission for several weeks! – Bill D.
